They were useless because I didn't know my log in or PW. After the reset they couldn't fix due to password so they walked me over to a landline and gave me the Samsung # to tech support. Before all this, I went to Sprint and idiots did a hard reset and I did lose everything. After you reset the password you are able to get in without fingerprint. Then I changed the passwords on each one of them, requesting that the pin code be left as a voice message, not a text. I had the same problem for 2 weeks.LOCKED OUT.well after a lot of digging I logged onto Google Account Recovery and it showed me all the email addresses that I have created due to tablets, old phones, etc.
